"Free Your Mind" is a "must have" Freestyle/Wave instruction video. It takes the viewer through 40 different moves, from the basic Jibes, through the advanced Loops to the entertaining new specialized moves such as the Air Tack and Lollipop. Reigning European IFCA Wave and Freestyle Champion, Lars Petersen is well known for his innovative sailing style as well as being a top instructor. In the video, Lars gives lots of helpful tips on manoeuvre techniques which are richly illustrated from many different angles.
"Free Your Mind" is not just a dull technique film! There's lots of great action as well as travel features on South Africa and Klitmoeller, Denmark.
