Heat duration: 7 min. with one sailor on the water at the time, starting with one rider, then rotating to the other. All repeated 3 times, so the Camera records totally 21 minutes of each rider. The competitors are allowed to change boards and sails during their heats. Each rider is allowed to choose 1 minute out of his recorded material. He determines the editing of his movie. So he is able to select the moves he thinks will be the best for his result. No special effects allowed except slow motion. Repeats of moves are also not allowed, nor editing of moves in a way where it looks like they are landed while in reality they are not.
